Well, Friederike aka Trautante stumbled upon it, but hey, as a wedding photographer in Hamburg, it can’t get any better 😉
To be honest: as a wedding couple, you really have a wide selection of wedding photographers in Hamburg in a variety of price ranges. I can only advise you: Listen to your guts! In our case at this renewal ceremony at the Popcorn Museum in Hamburg’s Hafencity but also at any other wedding you will get so close in places on your big day that the chemistry between you and the wedding photographer is really crucial. The price for the wedding photos then really plays a subordinate role.
Good is not always cheap, cheap is not always good. Because with so much closeness and so many emotions, the human interaction is then just the best indication of a good wedding photographer who really works professionally and trustfully. Also in Hamburg.

We, that is me as a wedding photographer and Friederike as a wedding celebrant, met Doreen and Susanne on the roof of a hotel – where they had spent the night in an old retro caravan. A really cool venue and worth a trip in itself. But for us, as a team of wedding couple, wedding celebrant and wedding photographer in Hamburg, it was supposed to go a few steps further to the Museum of Popcorn. This museum is one of those places where you can take even cooler photos in cool settings. At least if the wedding photographer is right 😉
Wedding at Hafencity
So the couple got married without any guests, exclusively with the brides in the center, from one place to the next, ended up in the ball pool and in complete darkness, between disco balls and on the moon, just to do what we do best and love the most: Weddings!

As a wedding photographer and wedding officiant, this ceremony was not our first teamwork in Hamburg, after all we had already married Simone and Ralf here. But we hope it will definitely not be the last. Because we love Hamburg and are incredibly happy to be there, maybe not at any price, because there are so many wonderful places… but if you want me to document you at your wedding as a photographer, then I certainly won’t say no to Hamburg. There is surely one or another other insanely beautiful wedding venue that makes me, as a wedding photographer in Hamburg, prick up my ears, right? Just like here with Susanne and Doreen at the Museum of Popcorn in the Hafencity.
